All prices are per person and night including breakfast, visitor’s tax and all taxes.
Questions & Answers
The rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival & so that the next guests can move into their room in the afternoon, the rooms must be vacated by 10 am at the latest.
A binding deposit is due upon booking. You can find the exact amount and our bank details in the reservation confirmation. The booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid.
In our guest house you can only pay with cash. Card payment is not possible. You are also welcome to transfer the outstanding balance to our bank account free of charge before your arrival.
As unforeseen events cannot always be ruled out, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. LINK EUROPEAN
The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply
- up to 3 months before arrival date – no cancellation fee
- up to 1 month before arrival – 40% of the total price
- up to 1 week before the arrival date – 70%,
- and in the last week and in the case of “no show” 100% of the price
Pets are not allowed in our guest house.
